Steve will touch on Nutrition since most of us know what this.  Followed by an brief overview of health issues including: Heart Disease, Diabetes, Osteoporosis (not medical advice but how physical activity can reduce some of these issues).  How fitness and exercise can improve your independence and active daily living

  • Routines target multiple areas through seated marches, arm reaches, leg extensions, and torso twists.
